For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to run 9 more Special Trains including 3 trains from Mumbai Central & 2 trains from Indore, 2 from Bhavnagar, one from Surendranagar & one from Veraval.

Western Railway introduced 29 pairs of special trains, comprising about 930 scheduled trips, to handle high travel demand during March–June 2025. These trains ran on special fare, covering major routes across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP, UP, and Bihar

🔹 Additional Western Railway Summer Specials Announced
Western Railway also revealed three additional summer specials from Gujarat:
- 09067/68 Udhna ↔ Jaynagar (Unreserved, 8 trips in May)
- 09069/70 Udhna ↔ Samastipur (Unreserved, 10 trips in May)
- Extensions of Mumbai Central–Katihar services (09189/90) and other existing specials to later dates in 2025
Moreover, six pairs of specials including Bandra–Bhavnagar (09207/08) and Bandra–Gandhidham (09415/16) as well as Udhna–Bandra (09055/56) were extended into September 2025
