Central Railway will operate Mega Block on its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work on 7th February 2025
Matunga – Mulund Up and Dn Fast Lines from 11.05 A.M. to 4.05 P.M.
Panvel – Vashi Up and Dn Harbour Lines from 11.05 A.M. to 4.05 P.M. (Including Belapur / Nerul – Kharkopar Line)

Matunga – Mulund Up and Dn fast lines from 11.00 am to 4.05 pm
Dn fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.25 am to 3.44 pm will be diverted on Dn slow line at Matunga and will halt as per their respective schedule halts from Sion to Mulund and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule. Fast trains beyond Thane will be re-diverted on Dn fast line at Mulund.
Up fast services leaving Thane from 10.46 am to 3.26 pm will be diverted on Up slow line at Mulund and will halt as per their respective schedule halts from Mulund to Dadar stations and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule. Fast trains to CSMT will be re-diverted on Up fast line at Parel.
Panvel-Vashi Up &Dn Harbour Lines from 11.05 am to 4.05 pm (Including Belapur / Nerul- Kharkopar line)
Up Harbour line services towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel / Belapur from 10.49 am to 4.01 pm and Dn Harbour line services to Panvel / Belapur leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 10.03 am to 3.16 pm will remain cancelled.
Up Transharbour line services towards Thane leaving Panvel from 11.02 am to 3.53 pm and Dn Transharbour line services to Panvel / Belapur leaving Thane from 10.01 am to 3.20 pm will remain cancelled.
However, special trains will run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai – Vashi section during the block period.
Transharbour line services will be available between Thane-Vashi / Nerul stations during the block period.
These maintenance mega blocks are essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
Jumbo Block on Feb 7, 2025
A Jumbo Block will be taken on UP / DN fast lines between Vasai Road & Bhayandar from 00.30 hrs to 04.00 hrs during intervening night of Sat, Feb 6 & Sun, Feb 7, 2025 for maintenance work.
Hence, there will be NO DAY BLOCK over WR Suburban Section on Sunday, Feb 7, 2025

- From February 6 onward, fast suburban services used the newly launched fast lines via Kalva and tunnel connections as part of the new corridor being commissioned
