Sub: Fire Safety Protocol-Switching off Electrical equipment while leaving office-Reg:
All officers and staff of Railway Board are requested to ensure switching off all electric/electronic equipments and appliances (including lights, fans UPS, Window ACs, Exhaust fan, Photostat Machine etc.) before leaving their respective Offices and Branches.
2. Electric Hot Cases / Kettles wherever available, are to be switched off immediately after use.
3. Concerned ED / JS level officer to monitor compliance of above preventive Fire Safety Protocol.
