Humsafar Express Trains Fare Table 2025-19
Humsafar Express: Base fare of AC-3 tier of Humsafar train is 1.15 times of the base fare of AC-3 tier superfast Mail/Express trains, which is applicable for the first passenger block of 50% and thereafter a 10% increase for every 10% increase in the passenger block for the remaining 50%. Fare of tatkal charges is 1.5 times of Humsafar basic fares.
Other charges like reservation fee, superfast surcharge, GST etc. as applicable are levied separately. Catering charge is optional for meals. The fare of Humsafar is inclusive of bedroll charges. The advance reservation period (ARP) will be 120 days.

Base Fare Premium
- Humsafar Express fares are generally set at 1.15× the regular AC 3-tier base fare, reflecting their premium “all-AC” service enhancements.
- The flexi-fare (dynamic pricing) scheme has been removed, meaning fares no longer fluctuate with demand
- Under certain conditions (like current booking after cancellation charting), tickets may be offered at a 10% discount on base fare, excluding reservation fees, superfast surcharge, and GST.
Fare Increase from July 1, 2025
All AC classes across premium services, including Humsafar Express, are subject to a 2 paise per kilometre increase, in line with other AC Mail/Express/train classes.
Example: A Humsafar Express trip covering 1,000 km would attract an additional ₹20 in fare (1,000 km × ₹0.02).
