Sub: Clarification on Corrigendum to Commercial Circular No. 11 of 2025- dt.19.04.2025 – Updation of Reservation/Cancellation Requisition form.

Instructions were issued to Zonal Railways vide this office letter of even number dated 19.04.2025 (Corrigendum to Commercial Circular No. 11. of 2025) forwarding therewith a copy of updated Reservation/Cancellation Requisition form after incorporating the columns for exercising options for choosing ‘Vikalp’ scheme and for indicating ‘Aadhaar’ number.

2. It is clarified that indicating Aadhar number in the requisition form is optional Accordingly modifications have been made in the reservation/cancellation requisition form, a copy of which is enclosed. Necessary action may be taken accordingly under intimation to all concerned,
